Utah Tai Chi Classes are now available in Provo Orem Utah County. T'ai Chi is a gentle health and longevity exercise from China. It has numerous health benefits, and has been shown to help reduce stress, normalize weight, and improve posture and appearance. Indeed this is one of the few exercises that is suitable for all ages, encouraging full ranges of motion, stretching, relaxation and balanced breathing. In China, T'ai Chi is famous for it's effects on longevity and improved quality of life. It is easily accessible because it requires no special equipment or playing field, and once learned, you can practice it anytime, anywhere, your entire life. No equipment rental, or green fees (although golf is excellent too). It is also an excellent cross training method for other sports. Many seniors choose tai chi to improve their balance and bone strength, and help prevent falls. This can make a big difference in quality of life. I have practiced Tai Chi for 30 years, and highly recommend it to my patients.

Provo Orem Tai Chi Classes: Our Tai Chi Lineage photos:
Leung King Yu was Chen Wei Ming's teaching assistant in Shanghai. He is the one who arranged the financing, publishing, and photography of Chen Wei Ming's pictures in his classic tai chi textbooks. Chen Wei Ming chose Leung King Yu to appear in these photos because of his beautiful postures, and excellent skill level. Leung King Yu's Two Sons now teach Tai Chi in the United States. Provo Chiropractor Dr. Art Barrett is a student of his son Alwin Leung.
